Working with Karen was a revelation! As someone who is terrified of ‘tech speak’, she was a breath of fresh air, and made everything seem easy and straightforward.

She took care of all the difficult things, which allowed me to concentrate on the things I could do, like providing the images and copy for the website, but she also gave valuable feedback on what might or might not work from a user’s point of view. 

Karen is also great at helping with any problems I have now that I’m using the website, and it’s reassuring to have someone at the end of the phone or to message.

It was definitely worth taking the plunge and getting Karen to build the site, as it’s completely surpassed my performance targets for it, and is also extremely easy to use – even for me!!

I firstly had a 1-1 accountability session with Karen as I felt that I didn’t really know where I was going with my private practice.
The accountability session I have to say was a turning point in my career.  From that moment Karen helped me to see what direction I wanted to take my business in and how I would break down all the tasks into manageable pieces of work and she showed me that I did know what I was doing just that I needed the encouragement and belief. 

That day lead me to setting up on my own and Karen then developed a website for me which I have never done before.  She was amazing and she talked me through every step of the way and it actually ended up being much bigger than I expected, her knowledge and experience was unbelievable as well as her patience and her attention to detail with the spelling and grammar and how it looked to the target audience.

I also felt that because Karen is so passionate about her work she will also give her opinions on your ideas which for me was so important, I needed someone to say if they didn’t think something would really work.

Since then I have left the NHS to concentrate on my private practice full time and I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am without Karen, her web design and her accountability session.
